I require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment and failure to notify will result in a $50 fee. Failure to cancel an appointment or no-show will be required to pay 100% of the service scheduled. Please note that if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made, if we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment.
